Whether you are seeking custom team development, an exhilarating STEM challenge, hands-on workshops for your current challenges, or an unforgettable birthday adventure, our experiential programs build essential 21st-century skills—communication, critical thinking, and agile leadership—in real time.

Aerial Scout:
Training Missions
Get together with friends (2-4 players required) and step into “mission control,” pilot your own fleet of high-tech aerial drones and spy rovers. Team up with your squad to navigate obstacle courses, crack secret codes and complete epic land-and-air rescue missions- all while leveling up your brain’s super skills!
These are 60 minute experiences- no drone flying experience needed. Come learn and have fun as you solve the challenge together.
Missions change monthly.

Story-In-Motion
(Read-a-loud & RC Cars)
We take story-time into our mission ready learning lab. Navigate storybook mazes, uncover missing plot clues and team up with your squad to decode secret codes and finish the narrative mission. We will focus on all the skills that make kids Kindergarten ready (academic, social, emotional and physical).
This is for 4-5 year old students- they will only be using rovers (no aerial drones).

Neuro-Build
Labs
Our Neuro-Build Labs combine design thinking, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, and drone aviation (when noted) to turn abstract ideas into physical missions. Learners use 3D brick models to unlock narrative worlds, apply human- centered design to solve complex problems and fly drones to unlock new perspectives. These experiences encourage dialogue, reflection and creatively iterating towards a new solution. By tapping into the hand-brain connection- a new level of complex thinking is unlocked. Topics change regularly.

Neuro-Scout:
Teaming Labs
In the Neuro-Scout: Teaming Lab, our missions serve as the ultimate proving ground for 21st-century soft skills. Operating from an interactive mission control, teams deploy aerial drones and land rovers to solve complex, multi-stage operations. Every tactical challenge is structured to build essential collaborative competencies: active listening, tactical delegation, conflict resolution, and situational leadership. Participants don't just complete missions—they analyze group dynamics, sharpen executive function, and practice leading from within a team.
Add-ons include neuroscience-based assessments to help you unpack the experience and take your lessons back to your team at school or work.

Birthday Missions
Ages 6+
Our Birthday Missions- where birthdays become missions and guests become legends! Every party is custom-designed to meet the unique Mission Success Requirements of the Birthday VIP. Whether it is high-energy action, tactical problem solving or creative maker challenges- we can create an unforgettable birthday experience. You define the mission. We ensure Mission Success.
These parties last 2 hours. The last 30 minutes will be for cake and presents.
Only participants 10 and older can do drones. If your child is younger than 10, we can plan an RC party for them.

Open Airspace
Rent a drone cage to test, tune and fly your personal drones or ours (additional costs) in a safe, netted environment. No more chasing down your lost drone or waiting for the wind to stop. Training in simple, safe settings, allows you to understand how your drone reacts without putting people or property at risk. Book the flight cage- our fully enclosed, obstacle-ready indoor airspace built for obstacle practice.
We open space up- two weeks in advance.
Start Planning Private experience
Interested in planning a private experience. Birthday parties, work team workshops, drone flying practice (roof inspections, etc.), homeschool classes, etc. Let us know, we would love to design with you.
