Why we exist
Most of us were taught how to follow instructions, but few of us were taught how to lead and collaborate when there aren’t any. The world no longer needs industrial workers, they need adaptive thinkers.
We believe the most important skills for the modern world are the ones they forgot to teach in school: creative grit, tactical thinking, and the ability to stay calm when the mission gets messy.
