Alex brings a wealth of experience working with AT&T and Capital One. He has expertise in utilizing Design Thinking to identify opportunities and uncover untapped needs through customer research and interaction data then deliver on those human centered insights by driving product vision and strategy.
Alex has a BS in Biology from the university of Oregon, is a graduate of Stanford’s d.School and is an ALM candidate, in Management, at Harvard University.
