Christi Doporto serves as the Chief of Organization and Talent Development for Bridge 3, specializing in assessing the needs of organizations for talent and leadership development. In addition, Christi also serves as a career coach for Ama La Vida, helping clients craft stellar resumes, define their brand, and prepare for an interview using her 12+ years of behavioral interviewing and competency development expertise.

Christi brings over 18 years of corporate human resources experience serving in the private sector for businesses in manufacturing, defense, insurance, financial services, healthcare and staffing. Her specialty includes talent acquisition and development, facilitating training, performance management, organizational development, and coaching leaders.

Christi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Journalism from The University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, she earned her Master Degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources from Dallas Baptist University graduating Summa Cum Laude. Christi holds several certifications including, a Professional in Human Resources, along with a certification in Executive Coaching.

Aside from her HR career, Christi is a published fiction author of over 10 young adult and new adult romance novels. She recently wrote a children’s series, Zach’s Wars, with her son, Gavin, for children on the spectrum and with learning disorders.
